Sword of Jah. Clearly I am not talking about the writings of Russell. I am Talking about the writings of the founders of Adventism 40 years before Russell. I dont think I even mentioned Russell.
Actually, the original post has more relevancy to the modern org than to Russell. After all, its the modern org that is fixated upon the Gentile times. Russell was more interested and enthusiastic about Parallel Dispensations. And little wonder. All his other prophetic proofs were borrowed from the old adventist grab bag. Damn fellow hardly had an original idea and slapped his theology together by cut and paste from other churches.

Well, anyone who knows anything about C.T. Russell's history, knows he was associated with Adventism for some ten years 1868-1878. The very ones who influenced him were old timers and prominent members. Russell himself attended Advent Christian Church meetings with his Father and Sister. and were baptized in 1874 by Adventist ministers. EVERYTHING he taught was borrowed from various Adventist leaders in his day.
