My mom passed down great recipes for enchiladas
I want that one too! I lost mine. I also lost my recipe for sweet and sour shrimp. A lot of my recipes were lost when I stored them in my sisters celler. I know she didn't take them through because she hates to cook. LOL
Okay, cool! I will send them then. The enchilada recipe is definatly not for anyone on a diet but it's oh so good! I drool just thinking about it! I'll dig them out this weekend.

I have sent you another recipe "Custard powder sponge"...........its very nice when you put jam and cream in the middle and lightly toss icing sugar or confectioners sugar on the top with some cut strawberries.
