The report will be worded to give Trump detractors something to crow about but no Russian collusion. Hence the money wasting charade to defraud the legitimate president of the election

If there was anything, Mueller would've been obligated to indict, he didn't and keeps stalling.
The only thing it has revealed is that the FBI and others in the government have conspired against the people to rob legitimate elections. Whether it was Bernie Sanders, Trump or those before him, it was very clear that entrenched politicians have a lot of power across all branches of government.
Regardless of what you think of Trump, the powerful demonstrably play by another set of rules, enough power to potentially remove a legitimately elected president. It will be a lot harder for future presidents since they can hold these full term investigations over their heads and unlike Trump, some people may care about the perception of it all.
So either the future is a Presidency compromised/controlled by the corrupt DoJ and Democratic House/Senate representatives or ruthless people like Trump.
That should be a chilling future to all freedom loving people and libertarians. Democrats won't care since they have the power until the socialist paradise becomes another USSR and the majority of Republican politicians are complicit in their attempt to hold onto the remains of their power to uphold the illusion of a sham democracy.

So a big fat nothing, all fake claims and lies based on a dodgy dossier bought and paid for with Clinton corruption - the slime that always appear whenever a Clinton has been involved in something.
Will the liberals and the people who have endlessly shouted "RUSSIAN COLLUSION RUSSIAN COLLUSION" now apologize and admit they were wrong?
Will the people who broadcast the claims as facts face any repercussions?
Will the people who invented evidence face any charges for trying to interfere with the results of a democratic election?
Of course not. Expect crickets and some new invented scandal for them to whine about instead.
Notice it was dumped late on a Friday so it has the least impact. It won't be long before the dems will start calling for Mueller to be investigated for failing to deliver the result they wanted. Heck, if the report contains evidence that leads back to Clinton, he needs to sleep with one eye open just in case.
