I'm sick and tired of everyone claiming to be "offended". If you are not politically correct, you will need to apologize for some perceived slight.
When I was an elder, I purposely avoided as much as I could, anybody that got easily offended.

One of the great pleasures post/cult is being able to learn to THINK freely again. Forums such as this provide the opportunity for the first time in years to enjoy sometimes robust debate,humor,venting re the JW experience. As a women spent so many years silent in submission pandering to the great and the good. Lot of pressure and pretense to "play nice" in cult. Big difference in intelligent robust debate and being offensive.

I used to be, but it's really counterproductive.
Ironically, I am convinced that WT/JW theology and culture encourage people to be easily offended.
