Would you call this judge and tell him that he made a lethal ruling?

E-man: there's a commercial over here in North America, mostly the US (but we get them in Canada), and it shows someone with this ice-cream product, and asks a person:
"What would you do for a Klondike Bar?"
And well dontcha' know, some people will do anything (more of a joke than anything).
