Hello,
Am I the only one being driven to distraction by the use of fonts so massive in some posts that you need to stand well back to read them? Shouting in capitals is viewed as ill-mannered ‘netiquette’, using 36 point fonts, and emboldened ones at that, should be an indictable offense.

I think the use of bold and large fonts is at times warranted and even necessary. It expresses emotion, something which we all need to emphasize sometimes in a faceless environment such as this.
I agree that posting in all caps is annoying but for the most part, large colorful fonts are fun!

Why? You for example manage to present to this Board some of its most forcefull and strong posts, but I cannot recall you falling victim to the National Enquirer Font Jamboree. Mind you Steinbeck might have been much racier if he could just have printed some of his sentences in gigantic letters....

And the colors are useful - sometimes. The sizing is hard on the eyes. Holidays look nice large. Other than that? Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
