TV programs I have to immediately turn off include:

I'm a celebrity get me out a here...(yeah, get em outta here fer crying).

Oprah Winfrey/Ricki Lake...omgaawd, Oprah thinks she's "a god" or something and so does her audience.

Neighbors/Eastenders/Corra ST/ all of em come to think of it.

What grates your teeth? Or do you enjoy any of these ones?

    Hi Brummie,

I don't care for the reality TV shows. Most are really torture for hire type of stuff. Nope, not for me.

I also do not watch the situation comedies. My pets are more entertaining.

Oh, and I also don't watch the cop shows and the lawyer shows. Too much artificial up your a** sort of stuff with poor scripts hung on the thinnest of stories.

    i don't like COPS,

    I hate the cooking channel.

    I hate Charmed.

Both of these my dear wonderful wife enjoys, but especially in the case of Charmed, I must leave the room, for it is such a hidious show. Oh my God I cannot stand it!!!!

The last television program I was hooked on was Hill Street Blues. Tell you anything?

I am currently mildly amused by re-runs of Friends. I missed it the first time around.

I am a hog for the History Channel, the Learning Channel, Biography, Wings, and such like as that.

I refuse to watch "reality shows". No "American Idol", no "Survivor", no "The Great Race", no "The Bachelor"/"The Bachelorette". None of it. BLUCK!!

That just about clears out week night prime time TV. LOL It's a good thing I work night shift.

I do, however, enjoy "CSI" (the original "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" moreso than "CSI Miami")... I don't know what it is about William L. Petersen..... maybe that bookishness and intelligence of his Gil Grissom character.... but ohhhhhh baby..... hubba hubba!!

    Love, Scully

I like the Wings, History and Biography channels also. I quite enjoy the Classical Music channel too. I tend to watch BBC 1 more than anything else.

I am sick to the back teeth of Cocoon! It seems to be on every bloody day!!!

I doubt the networks will be able to play re-runs of Sopranos and Sex and the City. They'd have to do some serious editing and the show would be about five minutes long. Better off renting them if you just refuse to get HBO.

Anything on MTV. It's so stupid anymore. Bunch of reality TV garbage. I liked it when they actually had music videos, Beavis and Butthead, and Daria.

I can't stand reality shows either. I fail to see the point.

Actually, I don't watch much TV. I spend most of my free time playing video games.

    Oxnard,

I personally can't stand Japanese hamster cartoons that have kids with names like "Laura" in them!
