In regard to James 4:17, it was used by one CO ad infintum when he was trying to "encourage" brothers to "reach out".

Hi Bradly,
You expressed my feelings about God as though you were reading my mind. We've come to the same conclusion it seems. I agree with every word of your post, I don't see myself changing my view anytime in the future but I never know what I might learn.
