Ladylee, I do hope there is a recipe for the ever popular Apples of gold in carvings of silver and that everything will be
seasoned with salt. hehe

larc I was moved by the effort Zazu is putting into typing the recipe out. If I had to I would redo the book just to include her efforts. I just sat there all teary eyed thinking of how hard she must have worked to type it all. I feel honored that she thought enough of the project to want to be included.

simple sally The board members have been either emailing them to me or PMing them.

I have deleted some of the extra ones I added to make room for a few more so if you want to send any feel free to pass them on.

There really is no hurry for this book to be done. We don't have a dead line to have it ready. So if I extend the time to take more submissions that isn't a problem at all.

Marvelous colors - I love your use of Red. I like the name too. Are you going to use a Watchtower quote to enable people to understand the use of the phrase? Perhaps referring back to the Bible too.

lol - and then damning the WTBTS in black & white (well, perhaps not that in the cookbook.)

I was reading the first page of this 'bout advertising "Food at the Proper Time". Remember when you used to put those little advertisements under our names last year?

Can you still do that - or at least under the names of the people who agreed? Don't want to give any room for anybody to say you forced us! Or could we change (or add) a picture of the cookbook to a click under our names if WE wished to advertise it (and someone showed me how)?

I know I'd agree to a picture & click. Buy a couple too! Wouldn't this be a Great Gift......for our jw families?

You know I might be putting this book together and I appreciate all the thanks but so many here have contributed. When you buy your books you will be amazed at how much some have put into this

And because of that I think it is only right to acknowledge it - you all overwhelm me with your efforst on this project

Now back to MY idea.......................what about the idea of advertising it off & on in our picture area?

OR has Simon the capabilities (what a stupid question to ask about a *man*) to insert a picture & click under our personal info - like he did last year? Of course, with prior permission from the poster so that no one from anywhere would consider him "less than worthy of greatness."

Whatcha think, eh?

Considering how shaky this program is lately one little image and link up there at the top beside the charge card image would be just great hint hint hint

I plan to put a link to it on my website too so it can be advertized as much as possible

I am trying to keep the book as nonccontroversial as possible to connect with the most people. Don't want to alienate people before they get it or even after in case we wind up doing this again
