We will be driving 1,200km (c.800 miles) from the south of The Netherlands to Perpignon, or rather the bit of coast near it. This is about as close to Spain as you can still be and still be in France. We'll probably stop half way for the night, as although I've driven 800 miles in one day on American roads, that was more or less one road with no changes, and I did see double for the last 150 miles...

It must be so cool to just travel 800 miles and be in France. For me -i would be in St. Louis MS or in Mexico. Not quite France and nude beaches
