Sorry I didn't read it, I was too busy talking on my mobile phone to my buddy at Bethel who was calling from his mobile. Bet you didn't know that the Bethel 'boys' get a special rate on mobiles.
Has anyone seen the article, Young People Ask., Do I need a mobile phone?

Well, who needs a mobile phone when you can talk to Jehovah for free? (Was that mentioned in the article??)
If mobiles were around in Jesus' day, you'd bet he'd probably have one plus 11 calling plans for all his disciples.

Why do they care? Next thing, they'll be telling you what credit card has the lowest interest rates. Do they fear people will use it to talk to their worldly friends?

I checked out this article and I started to laugh hysterically.
"Many who start out using the phone moderately may find it taking up more of their time than they expected—and crowding out more important things. Mika used to spend a lot of time with her family around the dinner table. "Now," she says, "after we have our meal we go back to our rooms with our own [mobile phones].""
It really makes you think, does anyone who would spend so much time with a "mobile phone" have much of a life in the first place? I pity the person, but I bet it was fabricated in the writing department.

Jesus stated the wise principle that one should "calculate the expense" before undertaking an important project. (Luke 14:28) Can that principle be applied to entering the full time service? Certainly. Now you may be able to get started pioneering at very little cost, or maybe even free, if given a four door car. However, as 17-year-old Henna discovered, "the gas bill can suddenly get very high." There can also be constant pressure to keep driving across town to make return visits of people who are never home in addition to the high cost of starbuck coffee and donut breaks.

Fabrication. What kid talks like that, even the totally brain-dead ones? I never knew any JW kids who said this kind of stuff.

they are just jealous! If Jehovah was smart enough to figure out how to use a cell phone he would not need the FDS!
is it just me or has anyone else ever wondered why 'God' would use archaic means of communication? I mean even if he used what was available to humans at the time--surely he could upgrade to XP by now. (XP= X Prophets?)

With all the sources and quotations not properly cited it is tantamount to being fabricated, at least thats my opinion (and in the opinion of any good journalist or professor).
