You're right! I've never experienced anything like that while I was awake in broad daylight. I was feeling overwhelming guilt at not being a witness and so the desire to read the bible and learn more was about the most important thing to me at that same time.

Jeez, just talking about this is making me realize how much more sane I feel and the fear is dissipating. It's the humans I'm more afraid of anyhow, lol.

When you get right down to it, what is the real difference between a dream and waking life? If you never awoke from a dream, how would you know? How do you know you're not dreaming right now?

As they say in the East, "This is the world of illusion."

    Liberty,
While I agree that most experiences that people have are during the "waking" hours, I strongly disagree with your conclusion that these are simply dreams. Are they a product of the imagination? Maybe. Please go to website that I listed above for further info on this, as it is a serious condition that is often misdiagnosed as a "bad dream".

Night Terrors however, do not explain the experience that I've had. I was fully awake when many of the things I posted happened. How would you explain the mysterious doll that made it's way to my bed? Or the disappearing smoke? Or the penny bank that decided to jump for it? Or the fact that my mom and I BOTH physically encountered something? Maybe you could explain away any ONE of these things, but can you explain the fact that these and many other things occured on a daily basis? And can you explain why it all stopped when we moved into a new house?

Like I said before, I don't really believe that it was demons per say, but I know that something WAS there.

"Forget the tribe, my pants have spoken."

I think the feeling I hate the most is when out of the blue, EVERYTHING seems like it has happened before. It's like you know the next thing everyone is going to say, the next move, EVERYTHING. And it sometimes lasts for several minutes. That and the feeling that you are not really here. That's a freaky one too. Yikes!

That happens when they make changes in the matrix, it causes slight fluctuations.

Ok, when I first came to this board I recounted an experience that I had had involving my son. I will tell it again, only this time I will add all the details and the events leading up to it
One night me and our roommate were having a discussion about his experiences with demons as of late. He was telling me how resently he was seeing figures and that they had been attacking him. He asked me if I had ever experienced anything like that and I said no, because I couldn't remember any such incident at that time.
Later that night, as I was going to sleep I recalled how many years ago I had had an experience to where I felt that I was being attacked and tried to call out but no one could hear me. I didn't think anymore of it and went to sleep.
Sometime during the night a woke up(or at least I thought I did) and looked over at my oldest son and saw a shadow over him. I blinked and it was gone. So I went back to sleep.
A little while later the same thing happened and when I blinked it was gone. Again I went back to sleep.
Now, the next time I woke up, it was to the sound of my son screaming at the top of his lungs in terror at someting that he acted like he could see, but we couldn't. He was very afraid and he saw something. I tried to hold him, but it physically felt as if something was pulling on his legs trying to get him. I know that I didn't dream this incident because my husband woke up also during the commotion. My husband tried to make my son come to him to see if he could calm him down, but my son would not go. My son never took his eyes off of the area right besides my husband and when I tried to bring him to my husband he really tripped out and was trying to run away from that area.
Eventually he calmed down. I did not say the name Jehovah out load, but I had said a silent prayer because I didn't know what was going own, and I don't know if it had anything to do with my son calming down. The whole thing lasted about a good ten minutes or so
and really scared me. I don't know if it was demons or if he was having nitemares or what, but I do know that my child saw something, even if it was in his head.
    Anyway, that's my experience.

One of my sons had an experience when he was about 16. He was walking home in the dark, after having sneaked out one night, and saw two men walking towards him. They were in long cloaks with hoods over their heads, so he couldn't see their faces. He was frightened because it was dark and the street wasn't lit well, but when he got closer he should have been able to see their faces, but there were no faces, and then they vanished. He ran home, and woke us up to tell us, or we would never have even known he was sneaking out. He was really freaked out over that experience, and even now, 19 years later, doesn't like to talk about it.
