Articles like that make me want to scream! Actually I think I've seen that somewhere more recently also...maybe in the YPA book? Sounds to me like the old saying - if you'd kept your legs closed you wouldn't have gotten pregnant.
Something else that used to disgust me was the way the spoke of a woman's "monthly cycle" and being the "weaker sex" during wedding talks.

The writer of that article failed to do his research. Otherwise, he would have noticed the following statement: " Women are not cows." (w51 5/1 278)
when the female of the species is in condition to breed, she makes the matter known. If there is no male in the herd, she will go elsewhere looking for one and she is unsettled until she finds one and then is bred by him.
So when parents are keeping their children away from the opposite sex they are actually incouraging them to look elsewhere?
There are cases where a girl became pregnant as a result of one sex interview with a boy. What a price for a girl, a virgin, to pay for a few minutes of satisfied sex emotions!
No wonder the wbts has such a downer on sex if they can only last a few minutes!!!

this sort of thing makes me SO angry. i think women know they are not inherently wicked sex slaves just DYING for a lay every second of their lives. BUT - innocent little girls are abused ALL THE TIME within the confines of god's own flock. And i don't know about anyone else, but my parents never explained sex to me untill i was maybe twelve or so and by that time i already HAD an inkling as to what goes where. the tragic result is that children are abused and then made to feel that their female-ness has caused them to become shameful, scandalous, immoral cretins that jehovah detests. nice.

Note that, "Then if a girl understandingly takes care of herself..." or, when translated into the English, SHE JERKS OFF (or whatever you ladies call it), instead of getting it on with her sweet boyfriend, she'll maintain her ladiness.
BUT, if a guy does it, you know, understandingly takes care of himself so as to avoid a terminal case of Blueballs or worse, then HE will be jerked (pardon) before the local Gestapo for a FAR LESS interesting interview which will likely end in his being "cast out."
Or - to put it as effeciently as possible - the WTBTS doesn't know what the hell they're talking about when it comes to sex; nothing, nada, nyet. And since they know nothing, they ought to keep their flippin' mouths SHUT.
bwahaahaahaa! I've read this article before and it still cracks me up. Cows! I knew a brother who would refer to that article obliquely whenever he had a cargroup full of sisters. The first time I ever read it, I laughed till the tears ran down my face and my stomach hurt.
