Thats a great idea, actually. Then there would be no land to argue over, rite !?!?!
However, there is a serious floor in this. Jerusalem plays host to holy sites for both Muslims and Jews. It is where Muslims believe the prophet Mohammed was raised to heaven. By nuking this holy place, you are creating over a billion angry people; and that is just the Muslims ! Then you have to deal with the Jews. I don't think that either side will stand for that; it would just create tension in every other place.
If only things were that simple....

I hate Blair, but not only because of this WMD thing. I hate him for what he has done to this country, and the way he went against our requests and jumped straight (pun intended) into bed with Bush.

There is no doubt that Saddam has had WMD's in the past. With all that has happened in the last ten years, it seems perfectly reasonable that he has done whatever he can to hide them.
To bury a fleet of airplanes? If he can do that, can't he hide warheads and chemicals? I would certainly think so.
Time will certainly tell. I do believe that the WMD's will eventually be found.

I'll concede that saddam could have buried his womd, but the last i heard, jets weren't considered as womd. It wouldn't surprise me if jets or even grenades are reclassified as such, though, if bush people don't find that for which they claimed to start the war. Let's say that saddam buried biological or chemical weapons ten yrs ago, would they still be viable? If they are found to be nonviable, are they still womd?

To now claim that the Bush Administration knowingly lied and fabricated it all as a conspiracy would be a declaration of a vast worldwide conspiracy involving the United Nations, French President Chirac, German Leader Helmut Kohl, Former US President Bill Clinton and Vice President Al Gore, many anti-war protestors and virtually the entire planet, save Saddam Hussein and a few posters who now wish to say they never existed, when just a few months ago, the argument was not whether or not they existed, but how best to rid the world of Saddam’s Weapons Program.
Until recently, for some 15 years, there has been no cry of they never existed. There was never any doubt that their existence was real. The cry now should be, what happened to them? Where did they go?
As for Israel and other nations possessing similar weapons, when have they been turned on and used against the citizens of that nation?
