Wishing you the most wonderful birthday of your life. You are a great mom even if the girls don't call. Don't let them define who you are. Tell the world here I am and my life is going to change because I am no longer the victim everyone expects me to be.

Invite your friends for a birthday party. Have some cake, a couple of drinks then sing stupid songs. Most of all laugh at those silly jokes and realize you are just as important as your children.

I think sometimes us 'older women" have been taking care of others so long we forget that we are people to.

This is the first day for the rest of your life. Enjoy the freedom from it all. When your girls finally realize how wonderful their mother is and finally do call just be in a place to forgive it all. Life is to short.
