I appreciate your points. The one about Jesus disobeying his parents was a hard one for me to explain to my bible study when I was a christian. The Genisis story is as Dannybear explained.

An epiphany of thought. I had to learn the hard way. That is: "Don't anger the Gods, Kim"! Oh no, I had to prove something. Well, guess who was wrong? It was me. I am just now starting to regain my rightful place.
I think that the meaning of faith has been forgotten. If Gods heavenly angels would or could prove is sovreignty then we would not need faith now would we. No we would all be believer for fear of his wrath.

Now on to something that I was reading on this thread. It was about evolution. You know I have tossed this thought around in my head for many years and this is what I have come up with, now please remember this is just my thoughts.
Evolution ; Man being created by a single cell coming from the ocean? If this were so then would not all living creatures also be from a single cell and since all animals also eat, drink, and have brains just like we come from the same single cell or are there somehow many single cells ? If we came from a single cell why are we still not developing from that same single cell and what would be the purpose for a woman to conceive and give birth ? If we came from a single cell then we would not need sex in order to continue and survive to create ? Why would an animal have to mate still in order to create especially when the animal is far less superior than the human ?
I'm sorry but evolution does not make any sense at all to me but creation does make all the sense even if I were not a believer which I am I would still have to follow creationism rather than evolution because one makes sense as the other does not.
