I’m Seeing Some Trump Fatigue Out There

Trump has a decent chance of winning for 2 reasons. First because Biden is a terrible candidate. He can't keep it together and I suspect that he will do pretty poorly during debates. Second because this whole riots and anti-police rhetoric has created this feeling in the voter base that democrats don't have the moral grit to push back against the mobs and that at least trump will continue to support the rule of law.

You put it in a nutshell quite nicely. A vote for law and order vs. chaos. If you want to see no police, no offensive monuments, vote Democrat. If you want to see this country prosper and continue capitalism, vote Republican.

I think Trump self imposed his own fatigue by firing most of the people he hired and put into position, that's got to wear a man down with that kind of responsibility.

Trump needs to keep rolling the heads especially the left over crooks positioned by Obama. He waited way too long and couldn't believe the Obama thug team was as deep as it was/is. Never before in the history of the nation has there been so much corruption and quite an attempted coup - unreal.

But the people he hired were long time Republicans

If he keeps "rolling the heads" at the rate he has been doing it, they will need to get a booth at the next job fair. Dress professionally and bring your resume.

I saw online that at the next job fair advertised, "Over 40 organizations will be hiring."

SO WHAT! Have you ever hired people and ran anything! Until you're in that position you're totally clueless of human behavior. There are some very good humans but it's anything but easy. It's not about work ethics today -- that ship sailed decades ago -- and it's a problem in every arena. The professional politicians have to be the worse to deal with and have much to cover up/destroy.

Yes, earlier in my career as an Operations Manager, before I did consulting, I hired, interviewed, or at least recommended at least 20 people over a 10 year span. They all were hired and most, not all as I recall two exceptions, but most worked out well. One was an IT guy who was great, IMO. But after lunch he often seemed a bit out of it for awhile. I thought maybe he had too much to drink at lunch.

Well, I found out later that he and his girlfriend he had met from another department asked me, after the three of us went out to lunch one day, "Rub a Dub, do you want to do a line?" They did. I watched.

We all make mistakes hiring. But if I had the turnover ratio of our great leader, the Human Resources Department would never have gotten me involved in the process.

On another note, I see that Trump just signed an executive order for the people in California.

The San Andreas Fault will now be known as the Barack Obama Fault.
