  S Lett is a holy pope of the WBT$ cult. The 'faithful(tm)' have no choice but to take him seriously or face their doom.

  He is a member of the governing body that refuses to change it's policies that protect paedophiles so he is either mentally ill or just totally evil.

  Your title implies he looks less like a crazed maniac at other times.

  Sadly, the "crazed maniac" look is his default setting.

  I sometimes wonder if he ever gets cramps in his face with all the wild eyebrow jiggling and mouth contortions.

  I think the Watchtower Corporation made up a Robotron and now use it to make the most important talks.

  I think that he has a health issue which means that he has to over compensate in order to speak. I am no fan but we should not be rude toward those who suffer from health issues.... in my opinion.
