Has anyone tried Vietnamese beef curry? There's a restaurant in downtown NYC (Nam Phong) with dishes that are so hot, some aren't included in the menu. You have to know the owner personally to order it. Even then, if you order it and don't finish your plate, the guy won't let you order it anymore. Now that's hot!

patak's and others curry sources that can be bought from shops taste crap. best way is to make your own if you can get the ingredients. if anyone wants a recipe for a great chicken korma IM me.

Listen to the curry snob! Actually, being from the Leicester area I guess you get to appreciate quality Indian food as Leicester has the best restaurants in the country.
