Over at reddit, one of JLE's patrons posted that they have withdrawn their support and why. Surprisingly, (at least to me) it's not about the use of exploited and trafficked women using monies donated to "advocate" for victims of sexual abuse and exploitation, but rather his not-so-nice response to Jake. I find their reasoning flawed and based on a great deal of ignorance and lack of empathy. Also surprised it hasn't been taken down. Here's the link as of this moment.

I have no idea about publishing, and I suspect that you would be in the minority of the community who does know. When you don’t know something, this kind of information seems legitimate.
It's funny how sometimes people lie when they don't even really need to, like they get a kick out of conning people.
It also reminds me of being in PC World back in the day and overhearing some salesman spouting absolute bullshit like "if you upgrade the CD player it will definitely make your internet faster".
I hate those kinds of people who take advantage of others naiveté.
There was a black YouTuber who made a good video about the fiasco early on. She said that a married associate of LE tried to hit on her. Did anyone find out who that was? If he was prone to that kind of thing then LE was probably aware of it as well… so it’s possible they have dirt on each other.
Birds of a feather tend to find each other and stick together.
It's why I judge anyone who didn't distance themselves immediately his real nature was revealed. If they continue to support him, they are women-hating perverts. No amount of turning as blind eye to what he was doing alters the fact that they were enabling it and if they continue to support him they condone and support what their money was spent on - abuse.

Yeah, that person seems clueless about reality to the point of being a fucking idiot, sounds like they are trying to justify to themselves that prostituted women are really sometimes having a great life so what behavior they themselves enabled wasn't so bad. The reality is that Pretty Women was a fantasy and prostitution raises levels of abuse and violence for ALL women. The research is clear and damning. It should simply not be tolerated and no moral person defends or excuses it.

I don’t agree with their conclusion however I respect that they have had a think about it and formed an opinion. One commenter said that I was clearly thinking about sw in Thailand - the reality is that exploitation and trafficking of sw is a problem all over the world. Even australia. It goes without saying that certain countries are more significantly impacted by the problem. Croatia and countries in the EU are also significantly impacted. At the time I wrote my statement, these were the statistics I was thinking about. I’m my latest video I put a clip in that acknowledges that some sw are voluntarily undertaking this work, but not all. This has always been my position “an industry known for”…. The industry has a major problem. SW is not well regulated in Croatia and some other EU countries. It is illegal in Croatia. An illegal activity is never well regulated.
I too appreciate that the mods haven’t removed this post, quite refreshing indeed. (Still won’t be going back but credit where it’s due I guess)

One thing to take away from that Reddit post: Lloyd is starting to lose people for, basically, being Lloyd. It has not been surprising that he lost so much support, since most of his supporters were religious people who would be turned off by his actions. Which means that the ones who remain are either unaware of what he has done or did not feel it was sufficient reason to drop support. But, as he has shown so often, Evans is not a pleasant person and not afraid to show his unpleasant side, even to people who are rooting for him.
So it is likely that he will continue to lose patrons, because some will learn about him and be doubly resentful (for what he did and for hiding it from them) and others will find another reason to stop supporting him (because he's a massive douchebag).

It seems that Lloyd is Lloyd's worst enemy. People will continue to draw their own line in the sand and I have to think that there are more moral people than there are unmoral people. I do not believe that 2023 will be any better for Lloyd as long as Lloyd continues to be Lloyd.
