I try to treat everyone kindly. It seems to work... most people feel comfortable around me... at least I hope so.
Then again, it may simply be my cute red overalls that put people at ease...

Usually no but sometimes. Depends on who it is.
Do we ever consider that we might make some persons feel unwanted because of constant croticisms?
Yes. I've seen it done by people that should know better and didn't like it one bit. OTOH, I don't see it as anyone's responsibilty to run a Welcome Wagon. This is a discussion board where opinions vary. People should just accept that and not get all upset when people strongly disagree with their version of truth.

Of course not, but I wouldn't hesitate to speak my mind either.
