One man says I "lost" my faith if I stop believing in the Bible and/or God.

Well, I "found my out" of faith. My definition of faith is "belief in what cannot be proven." I won't get all bogged down on what is proof to you compared to me. I will say that I have proven to myself that the Bible is from men and I am satisfied that the gods of men are from men also.

No loss of faith. If you insist on saying it that way, then I could also say believers have lost their logic and reasoning.

If you are truthful and bold enough, your faith would turn into apostasy and finally Atheism. Your title speaks for itself.

Truthful and bold enough means Examining the Bible Or other so called religious texts with an Open mind and standing for the truth.

So it's "developed technologies" and those who use them you have put your FAITH in?

DT: of course not, that would be another man made religion. but

In mho. tech people from J. Kepler*** onward have provided far better descriptions of the father's work than the so- called holy books of all kinds. They are better prophets too.

I am looking forward to being on April 8, 2024 at precisely 3:27 pm near the assignment of the Allan sisters in last week's wt study.

our scientists put wt time&place predictors to shame. accept it. the word is "shame" to associate religious concept with the glorious creation we live in.

*** Johann Kepler, who's 3rd law of planetary motion is still used today to precisely calculate small body orbits. still true after 400 years,

    J k was disfellowshipped . why?

I think the term "Religioned Out" best describes many who leave the JWs.

That is certainly how I felt after I finally managed to break free from that bloody lot!

For my part, I became a main stream Christian when I left. I became a 'non-believer' much later on.

I would think it reasonable to surmise that it's different for all people who leave Jobotism.

A Pastor said to me that because of the way the Cult brainwashes people it's little wonder they lose ALL faith when they escape captivity of the fake JW religion.
