    Hey, had a great time!

Damn! Stole his pills? Did you catch her or did you find the pills missing later?

Elsewhere, I went on the diet when my seizure meds caused me to gain weight. I could not live on that low of amount of carbs. I felt sick. So why not do what I did? I cut my carbs to half instead of limiting myself to the 20 grams. You will still lose weight. It will take a little longer but it still works and you dont feel like screaming.

And because the weight wont come off so quickly, your skin wont loosen as much and you wont have to work so hard doing excercises to tone up.

Soon you will have that sexy body. Good luck

What did I tell you when we were at Valis' place? You're a hottie.

You're right. You've already got the sexy body.

People are always self critical when it comes to their bodies.

Actually Elsewhere, I don't know why you went on the diet. I thought you looked pretty good when I saw you in Dallas.

    Else-

Glad you enjoyed your pizza and pie !!!

You have to be able to enjoy some stuff to or nothing will ever work for you no matter what diet it is. Self-depreviation isn't the way to go .

One of the things I found with the Atkins diet is that it either works for a person or it doesn't. One woman I worked with saw the success I had and tried it and felt ill. But that just told me that carbs weren't her "problem". Another man who saw what was going on with me got on it and lost over 100 pounds and was able to get off his diabetes medication and he's maintained it since then. He also started working out once he lost some of the weight too. So your running will help you alot !! Hope you are still enjoying it.

When I did it I was determined and it was easy for me. That was then. I'm determined again but it seems much harder to be determined this time.

I found that after eliminating so much of my carb intake back then, I changed the way I eat in general-( until I go nuts with food for periods of time LOL) you'll probably find the same thing after a while. When you are choosing foods in the grocery store you'll find yourself choosing the things you did while on the diet and you'll be able to maintain the weight without the drastic end of it.

For example- I happen to LOVE potatoes. I found that fresh cauliflower, steamed and mashed up with butter tastes alot like potatoes and I enjoy it as much !! I'm still looking for a substitute for corn though. I love fresh corn and it's okay that I shouldn't eat it because I'm allergic to it anyway. So if you find something to replace that- let me know.

Good luck with this Else- PM or IM me if you need some encouragement or some good recipes. I have the cookbooks and I've used quite a few of the recipes.

I am also currently on the Atkins deal. What a pain!

So depressing going to the store, and everything has carbs in it. I never thought I would get sick of steak.

I find myself just not excited about eating like before. Which I suppose is a good thing. Now it seems much more like a chore.

I have cheated just a couple of times, but made them good ones! Cheating a little everyday just will not work on this diet. You either do it or you don't. If there is a bad day, then yes, it will take a day or two to get back on track.

I am looking forward to eating the right amounts, of the right foods most of the time, and treating myself every now and then. Just got to get rid of the bulk right now.
