I was 13 years old.

Do any of you remember the date of you baptism?

For the life of me I cannot remember mine.

mine was May 8, 1955. It was a Sunday, a special baptism date that year.

I was baptised in October 1955 at age 9. Interesting Mulan that we were both baptised in the same year at the same age.

March 22, 1969...I'll never forget because my brother was born only two weeks before...I was 15 yrs 8 months old. The PO tried everything he could do to stop it, but didn't have any reason to..he just didn't like my family. He kept cancelling the appointment for the questions and I kept having it rescheduled. Finally, he called again to cancel and I asked why couldn't we do it over the phone..the assembly was just a few week away. He hemmed and hawed, but there was no reason not to. So, we did part of it by phone...and he kept accusing me reading the answers out of the book. No matter what I said, he didn't believe me. He came by our house to finish up the questions the day my mom came home from the hospital.

eheh...April 28, 1962...day after my 10th birthday. In a portable pool, at a circuit assembly in Los Angeles. Dave McMillan was the congregation servant who 'cross-examined' me before the dip...that was before there were any 'official' pre-studies (as I recall??).

13 - at the International Convention in Seattle. I did it because (a) I thought it was the truth and wanted to do the right thing, (b) I wanted my dad to be proud of me, and (c) I wanted to be one of those girls the guys want to marry.

Then I got rebaptised 2 years ago in a non-denominational Church - the second baptism REALLY meant something to me - I did it for one reason only - to commit myself to the Lord. I know I'm a screw up from time to time - but it's ok - he still loves me and I just keep plugging along.

I can't remember the exact date, but I believe it was in December of 1984.Baptised in the baptism pool at the Nadick, MA assembly hall. Funny, my husband knows the exact date, I forgot long ago.
