Gender issues are starting to become a headache. I believe I read that science recognises 6 genders. These are male and female of course, and then variations of hermaphrodites. I think most people can understand that not everyone is made the same physically.

The problem arises when your senses and life experience are telling you that the person in front of you is clearly male, yet is requesting you refer to him as 'her' , or 'they'. What if they decide they are xenogender? And yes, xenogender people already have their own flag. They dont relate to normal male, female, non-binary descriptions, no -they are too special for that. They relate to concepts, or spirit animals and feelings, when they describe their gender.

Then you have hormone blocking used on children to prevent the onset of puberty, which to me falls into the same category as witnesses refusing blood transfusions for their children, when a child , according to the law, cannot understand the gravity of their choices, especially in regard to an optional medical procedure.

It is so frustrating trying to discuss this issue with people that believe its fine.

You have triggered my inner spirit tiger Terry- I have to lie down for a while.

There is a literary series for kids called, "Choose your own adventure".
There are several continuations within each book, and the reader takes whatever path appeals.
Current generations seem to apply that template to everything in life.
Truth is what they choose and there is no IS-ness to "is". (Right, Bill Clinton?)
