OMG Venus - you answer - which didn't answer anything - was so stupid.

Please go back to the KH or any other Cult Like Religion.

In your spare time - please PROVE to me that Leapherchans don't exist, because I have faith that they do!
They are part of the zeitgeist of many cultures and have been talked about for thousands of years.

Oh by the way - I know you are but what am I.

    Hi ttdtt,
Your response reminds me of the response the very eminent Scientist, the impeccably credentialed Ian Stevenson, who was director of the Division of Personality Studies at the University of Virginia, received. Among other things, he devoted the last 40 years of his life to the scientific documentation of past-life memories of children from all over the world. In the end, he had over 3, 000 cases on record in his files and many people, including sceptics and scholars, agree today that these offer the best evidence yet for life after death.
But here is the twist: atheists regard the evidence he garnered over a lifetime as nonsense, while conveniently forgetting that Dr Stevenson was as much an atheist as any of them.

    Yeah
    It's a twist all right
You are certainly right about that. You have twisted the issue. The validity of his process has nothing at all to do with his belief system or lack of belief system
    You only think it does
The validity and reliability of the process he used to gather his information is what was in question
Not his lack of belief in a god

    Venus you are laughable.

Your logic is actually WORSE than the WT.

    HAAAAAAA you are joking, right?
Past life experiences - really.. from Kids? I don't know if you are just putting us all on, or are really a moron.

By the way - you have not actually answered 1 question or point that has been asked of you.
    You are obviously a Troll:)

And I think the only one who thinks Stevenson was a VERY eminent Scientist is you.
He was a quack who had Tenure.

Despite this early interest, most scientists ignored Stevenson's work. According to his New York Times obituary, his detractors saw him as "earnest, dogged but ultimately misguided, led astray by gullibility, wishful thinking and a tendency to see science where others saw superstition."[7] Critics suggested that the children or their parents had deceived him, that he was too willing to believe them, and that he had asked them leading questions. In addition, critics said, the results were subject to confirmation bias, in that cases not supportive of the hypothesis were not presented as counting against it.[8] Leonard Angel, a philosopher of religion, told The New York Times that Stevenson did not follow proper standards. "But you do have to look carefully to see it; that's why he's been very persuasive to many people."[7]

    Hi OrphanCrow & ttdtt

After my sleep I find our subject is not yet ended. Hence I will end it.

Certain truths are eternal. From childhood we are told: “Look both ways before you cross the street.”

Certain things are true some times and yet are false other times. From childhood we are told: “Don’t trust strangers.” But later we experience some of our own relatives/friends cheating us and some of the strangers behaving better than even our close relatives/friends.

Similarly, you can believe everything is matter and every phenomenon can be explained through materialism. But this belief will soon or later change as happened to some hard-core and prominent materialists. ‘Later’ can mean anywhere in the future. Even if it happens after a trillion births it doesn’t matter in view of the eternity.
