Please I got an excerpt of this from another video but the response by David Splane is not included. I want help regarding the particular video in terms of downloading it and then know his response to the question he raised.
Their real world is based on:
1 the cream of the crop whowork or visit there.
2 reports from co's who also deal with the elites ,but give scathing reports of any rank and file misconduct
3 a limited knowledge of world events from tv
Living in the real world?
Hardly! In the real world pimple faced nerdy teen age boys are not continually propositioned by the hottest girl in high school to hop in bed with them! Neither are over 21 year old mama's boy males whose testicles still haven't dropped (horsemen will get that reference) routinely invited over to look at someones fish tank as an excuse for sex.
Most have not lived in the real world for decades. Even before they went to Bethel they weren't living in the real world, with real jobs and rent to pay and groceries and bills to pay. They have no idea what the real world is anymore. They think what they hear on the news is real but it is almost always the most negative events in our environment that gets reported.
The news does not report the good things that people do. okay maybe occasionally but it is so unbalanced that anyone relying on the media for what the world is really like will have a very skewed picture of what it really is.
In reality is is people going into professions that pay poorly because they want to make a difference in the lives of others. Nurses, teachers, counselors. Even the garbageman makes a real difference in the world we live in.
During covid the clerks in stores, the cleaners in hospitals, the people who kept our communities functioning. Yes they needed to pay their bills like everyone else but many put their lives on the line to help.
Churches, food banks, community centers that helped out. So many stories that will never be told. And most of those people gave until they burnt out
These people are the heroes but we don't hear about the good they do.
But cult leaders, like the GB and those who write the articles they want have no idea about any of that. They only see good in what they doo, which right now seems to be to steal from the poor people they created and lied to and manipulated
From many years of reading Watchtower materials there is no way this is from God. Just alot of nonsense!

No, because they live in a compound...a guarded, gated, walled community & they don't get out much! 😊 😀😃
Even circuit overseers and their wives are not living in the real world. They don’t have to face the people they called on at work or school Monday morning. They’ve moved on to the next congregation.
I often wonder to what extent they believe their own teachings.
Do they have to face rent increases of 50% and more? We certainly do. Do they face collapsing home prices, where big companies are buying homes out from the public so they can rent them at exorbitant prices? And what about electricity? I wonder where their rolling blackouts are. And are they going to worry about being drafted into World War III?
And the little things. Do they drive mile after mile, kilometer after kilometer, seeing whole sections of forest ruined by invasive species such as Chinese wisteria, oriental bittersweet, porcelain berry, common buckthorn, and whatever invasive vines are growing in their area? Or do they simply fly first class to get to their destinations (to heaven with their "carbon footprint")? Do they deal with stupid little issues such as all the litterbugs that ruin our streams and highways?
Not to mention the irritation of going into your favorite store and finding your items all out of stock, for months at a time. And no, not just the latest Nintendo game. Items like baby formula, toilet paper, cat food, cleaning supplies, and staple food items. And when they do come back in stock, the prices are double and the packages are about half the size they used to be. Or, the customers that blame the stock person for these shortages--which are more widespread, yet they insist that the person stocking it is to blame. And pretty soon, we will have nothing but Walmart to shop at--do they care about that abomination being the only place you can shop at, or do they shop exclusively there?
