Why Do People Try To Defend The Watchtower or JW's In General?

So it seems that you want to be the guardian of fairness, huh?
Well, I don't think I can quite fill that role as I can be as unfair as the next guy, without even knowing it.
If someone says,"All JW's are guilty of child abuse", you want to make sure that this stands corrected.
Absolutely! But even less extreme, if someone says the WT is a "pedophile paradise" I would (and have) argue that as well.

This is exactly what I'm talking about. General sweeping statements like this drive me nuts. A person can be very knowledgable and still defend portions of the WT or JWs.

It would be like going after Ray Franz for not supporting those that have been molested. It's a stupid, unfounded charge!
