@neat blue dog - Saint Agur blue creme is great.
I haven't bought it recently because it's a bit on the expensive side.
It works as a dip for things like celery and as a spread.
I like to spread it on matzos. Matzos are Jewish crackers/unleavened bread that have little to no taste. The taste of Saint Agur is enough!
Saint Agur has another version that's like a normal blue cheese in consistency. It's ok but I recommend the creme version.
I also like Feta cheese and strong cheddar.
Feta is white and tastes quite salty. It goes well with Greek salads - olives, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, etc.
