One of my favorites is lovely crumbly Wensleydale, not so exotic but tastes very nice.

I like blue cheeses.
Stilton and Danish Blue are very nice.
And then there's a delicious French blue called St Agur. I recommend the creme version - it's fantastic!

Halloumi, pan fried or on the grill! Yum!

Brie with mango chutney in a sandwhich. Goats cheese is good melted under the grill in a pastry tart with red onion. I had feta in an omelette in Greece, delicious.
