I have this reoccurring dream where I am standing on top of a bridge and off in the distance I can see the Philly skyline except the buildings are all in the shapes of sevens with purple flowers growing out of the tops of them.

As I fly towards the building sevens, a body is laying on a slab on top of the roof of the first one. She is so sad just lying there. So I fly down and I take her hand in mine. As I look deeply into her eyes, her face changes from the face of an incredibly beautiful woman's to a pigs.

In my surprise, I trip and fall from the edge of the building into a giant pile of marshmellows. As I try and eat my way out, I start crying giant tears of Pepsi Vanilla.

    Any ideas what it means?

OMG Slippy!!! Didn't you know that 8 out of 10 men having that exact same dream are in desperate need of penis size reduction and have high-grade Astrocytomas in the brain that are not curable by surgery? Good Gawd man, you need to get professional help fast! It also seems to me that you have been drinking too much Vanilla Pepsi and it isn't agreeing with you. And anyone knows why beautiful women's faces turn into pigs in dreams, because pigs have half hour orgasms, and unconciously you want that as well. BTW, if you can't afford the penile reduction surgery, you could take a swim in Lake Apopka, Florida which is guaranteed to reduce your penis size by 24% on the average. This alligator infested body of water seems to have something that shrink those pesky organs. http://www.mindfully.org/Pesticide/Alligator-Penis-Apopka-Guillette.htm

Sorry you asked now about what your dream meant? lol

I love that picture of the children sleeping.

I've had one dream of being completely immobilized, and it was certainly one of the scariest dreams I've ever had. I also felt like I was suffocating; I finally woke up, gasping and gulping for air.

The majority of my dreams have been interesting, and sometimes make a lot of sense. Sometimes, no sense at all. I do seem to be able to taste and touch fairly well.

I find it so odd that there are only a handful of dreams that I can really remember, out of years and years of dreaming (and daydreaming).

I had a dream last week..I can still remember it today...I was sleeping in my bed and my called out, "Look out for the snake!"

And by the time she said that, the black snake came up and bit the inside of my right arm and slithered away..I was left with two puncture marks on my arm in the dream. Very odd.

I occasionally get sleep paralysis, so I think I am awake and I get out of bed and do stuff, like normal, until something really weird happens like seeing strange people making dinner in my kitchen. Sometimes I'll go through 5 or 6 events before I completely wake up. In those 5 or 6 events I won't know if I am dreaming or not and I'll slap myself in the face or ask people to pinch me to verify whether I'm conscious or dreaming.

Other times I know for sure I am dreaming and I will closely examine certain things in my dreams like building foundations or a bouquet of flowers and marvel at the intricacy and detail my subconscious is able to create.

One thing I wish I could get over is my feelings of embarrassment in my dreams. There's all kinds of things I'd like to do but I get nervous and anxious. Other times I know I am dreaming and if someone gives me trouble I just snap my fingers and make them disappear.

similar to Cyg, sometimes i know i am dreaming and i alter the dreams as i see fit if i dont like whats happening. like if i am being chased and get caught i'll change it because the chaser could never have caught me irl because they are overweight or whatever.

othertimes though i dont know i am dreaming and everything is extremely real and detailed. sometimes days later when i am awake i will be thinking of something i experienced or saw and it will take me a few minutes to remember that it wasnt a real experience just a dream.

I rarely remember my dreams...usually they're in black and white...the ones I remember that is...though I haven't dreamt in colour. I remember the first time I dreamt in Spanish...that was wierd...my nightmares generally involve feeling responsible for someone's death or suicide...and trying to cover it up...I hate that...I can also fly by force of my will...I lift off slowly...but soon begin to soar...and then it's out of control...and I get scared and fall.

A few sex dreams...but not too often...

a lot on nonsensical dreams too.

I was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. These nightmares are a regular symptom.

Me too. It's not so bad anymore, but back in the day, night terrors twice a night were common. Sometimes it happened literally all night.

I've always had very vivid dreams, in color (colour?) as well as music in the background; kind of like a film in a way. They are often very symbolic as well.

When I was in therapy I learned how to control my dreams, and nightmares, and I learned how to change them, or stop them if I wish. One in particular involved Jack the Ripper chasing me through London. When he had me cornered I got angry and told him to vanish, and he did. I then said I wanted to see myself for what I really was, and foggy London vanished to be replaced by Hiroshima after the bomb.
