So it's more decoding of the secret code. Elders don't mark people any more (probably because doing that leaves a trail leading to Bethel, is against various privacy laws and could lead to lawsuits).
WT is at its heart a lover of control and is not going to relax that control in any meaningful manner. So the new "arrangement" is to have the R&F do the marking. How exactly do they decide to do that? Is there a congregational meeting where the congregation meets to discuss the matter as set out in Matthew 18?
I'm hazarding a guess that the answer is no. That the elders still decide on marking and somehow communicate their will in a way that doesn't leave a paper trail that is usable in court.
PIMOs, how is this sleight of hand performed in this day and age?

So this is the big August reveal. Try to pretend that marking happens spontaneously at the congregation level and has nothing to do with the GB, or their servants, the elders. 🙄😑

I tried marking a congregation member who matched all the criteria in this article.
The elders made my life absolute hell.
I kept all spiritual contact, but no social interaction due to my inlaws non christian activities and life style.
Guess what, he was made an elder.
When everything REALLY hit the fan and it was revealed PUBLICLY what he was involved with, I got no apology and was still treated like dirt by the elders that appointed him - god how I hate this sham religious cult!!

The good old boys club, their wives, the gossip mill, the cliques, and the elite have always marked people. There is no social interaction anyway--no picnics, coffee after meeting or such like churches have. The only social event is the hospitality coerced from unwilling people without funds to easily participate. It always reminds me of a line in a story: "should be a preacher, I like chicken and pussy".
Is there anyway to know what was vetted to delay release?

I'll be keen to see the English version (not posted on jw org yet that I can see), but it is clear what direction they are going. The lawyers are pulling the strings on this change.
