Hello Dan & Welcome to the forum! I can relate to the anxiety attacks. They can be paralyzing at times. Hang in there, it does get better. This place is a wonderful support group, and you are guaranteed to find someone who can relate to all the emotions that go with the exit process.

few months ago, Winston? I have actually been having them on and off for the last 10 YEARS. Yup, I'm long overdue. The last few months have been the worst though, probably because I just recently found out I am going to be a father.
Congrats & welcome! I'm a new dad myself, it's wonderful. Is the mom a JW or worldly? What about being a father is increasing your doubts? Any questions or help, I'm here for ya.
