    Her Ladyship and I are absolutely delighted! Number 1 son and his charming lady have formerly announced their intention to marry in the coming year.

    They've been visiting us for the last few days accompanied by my 6 month old Grandson, Charlie, a most cheerful and gurgly little boy who is guaranteed to bring an indulgent smile to anyone who catches his eye.

    We've decided to go 50-50 on the cost. Looks like around 2 to 3 grand though. Ah well, you only live once!

    HL and I also intend to do a world tour before the wedding, more on that later.
