For a place like that, plus catering, the price is not that bad. Friend of mine got married several years ago in a similar venue here in the states (West Coast) It cost them at least double that (if I got the exchange rate correct.)

Gorgeous venue! The banquet hall reminds me of the one at Meadowbrook Hall (the Mildred--at least I think it's Mildred--Dodge mansion here in the States. I wonder if the Widow Dodge modeled it after Stoneleigh Abbey? The wedding and reception we attended at Meadowbrook about 12 years ago was just beautiful. I'm sure number 1 son's will be, too.
