Good grief! Here we go again. The guy is just narrow minded and stupid. The guy can never aspire to more than running/owning a used apple store. That much is obvious. However, nowhere is there the slightest hint of race based discrimination, but "racism" sounds far more inflammatory than stupid or narrow minded.
Your calling of racism here is the same as if I called racist the baker who refuses to make a specific wedding cake for a gay couple. "racism" is not the right adjective. It doesn't fit. You need to expand your vocabulary.
