The lady right in the middle is sleeping. The balding dude on the left is sleeping. It'll be funny when his bible falls off his leg, makes a big *thump*, and wakes him up.
The things that are unrealistic about this pic is lots of people are smiling. I never see anybody smile at WT studies. Also, the kids aren't doodling in their Watchtowers.

It's astonishing how any religion professing Christianity can be so devoid of a social conscience and charitable impulses.
The doing good here is keeping the one Bible shown sitting on the elder's lap closed and the WT.open.

Exactly my reaction when I saw it, Room 215. When I saw the caption "Self-control moves us to do good", the sort of picture I expected to see as the "after" shot was the bloke in the gutter with a drunk, waving away the bottle of cheap whiskey offered by the drunk, while cleaning him up and getting ready to drive him to a homeless shelter for the night. To see that the JW view of doing good through self-control consists of sitting up the back and keeping quiet speaks volumes about Christianity Watchtower style!

I agree with stephanus . To the WTBTS doing good is = to preparing for the watchtower study and being able to sit thru another mundane 2 hr meeting . They are so anal about meeting attendance the rest of the time is spent bickering and causing all sorts of unnecessary strife and gossip. brother so and so didn't wear his tie and needs a haircut , sister so and so likes boys and was seen dating without intent to marry .blahde friggen dah wahwah .

Speaking of not smiling, did it strike anybody else as odd that the dubs seem to lack emotion? I mean, other churches seem more emotional, while the dubs are just study, study, study.
