Comment #1: This appears to be some really confidential stuff - whoever leaked this must be pretty high up and must be really at risk.

Comment #2: Good god, this is really chilling. Bethel will own digital info on every publisher in the US and eventually the world? What happens when (inevitably) their database is hacked and that info gets out?

Comment #3: How on earth is this going to work for countries with stringent data privacy laws ?

I cant help but laugh... so many contradictory desires. For example, theres a huge push for bethel to turn over a so called pedophile data base. That dosent bother anyone. No one calls that Orwellian despite the fact that these are innocent people, tried only in the cults kangaroo star chamber proceedings. Yet let the cult propose a simple member database and people go crazy.

Its 2018. The information on the pub record card is, for most of america at any rate, 100% available via public record. Its name address and dob. I can get that on almost anyone with a simple google search. It makes sense for an organization to keep member records. My trade union has 10x the info. My bank. My company. Hell my grocery store has that info with the bonus card i signed up for.

Get a grip people. Its embarassing to see people over react to such small things and let their imaginations run away. You look like fools.

Its note worthy, its worth talking about and discussing, yes, but orwellian and deep state it aint.

Hi Morpheus. Having personally experienced the Watchtower lie to me about data I knew they had, and shredded, I can assure you that they are well on the way to 1984 Big Brother. You're absolutely right to highlight CSA - the way they've treated victims and refused to hand over vital evidence is disgusting.

As regards your trade union, bank, and company: don't they provide an honest process for you to be able to access and amend that data? How can possibly compare to this secretive organisation who deny they even hold such data? There's no comparison.

They plan to have an ID for every publisher but not every publisher will be able to login to their own information.

Those that can log in to their publisher record will be able to change some of their info. such as their name, address and dob. There will be info. that they cannot change. What this info is will be interesting and also whether those with login access can even view it.

What data????? They plainly said name address dob. What else do they have? Nothing. I was secretary for ten years. Thats it. And no i have no process to ask what my grocery store has... i could sue, i guess, or make some formal request, but then i already know where i live.

What do you think they have?

A reasonable, balanced response to this information is required. While any data in the hands of the Org can potentially be a scary proposition, I have to agree with Morpheus for the most part.

I don't understand what you are saying. Why wouldn't turning over the Pedo-base be a good thing? Just because there may be a few falsely accused on the list?
