I just love how they call everyone a "publisher." If you walk into a church and ask how many publishers they have they would think if they have anyone that prints books.

    1) Don't put words in my mouth.

    2) I guess you answered my question.

Any publisher who refuses to sign this form, faces some sort of ''punitive'' measure from the local gestappo eldubs.

Somewhere someone mentioned that refusal to sign this form, is the equivalent to refusal to sign the ''blood form''. You will have a 'target' on your back.

The extent of the ''punitive'' can be and may not be limited to for brothers they can't serve as MS, Eldubs, pioneer or any LDC or other similar assignments.

The extent of the ''punitive'' measures for refusing to sign such form can be revoking of pioneer ''status'' in any form, LDC assignments.

Refusal to sign this form is equivalent to refusing to sign the ''blood'' form. The eldubs will now have a target and bulls-eye on your back.

    Getting creepy and chilling indeed!!!

I would say that any procedure that give ignorant Eldubs more control, or opportunities to "encourage", or "mark" any publisher is a bad thing. I never renewed my No Blood Death Warrant and it was viewed as a sign of "spiritual weakness", and it wasn't long before the quasi-shunning started.

Its a cult, so we shouldn't really be surprised by anything they do. I can't help but think there are more layers to this, and I wonder about their true motives. Maybe its just divine busy work.

Hi _Morpheus. I'd puzzled by your recent comment - can you elaborate, and answer a few questions?

    You wrote:

What data????? They plainly said name address dob. What else do they have? Nothing. I was secretary for ten years. Thats it. And no i have no process to ask what my grocery store has... i could sue, i guess, or make some formal request, but then i already know where i live.

What do you think they have?

This sounds really strange to me, so perhaps you could answer these questions:

During your 10 years as secretary, did you never fill in a Regular Pioneer application, a Construction Volunteer application, or a Metropolitan Witnessing application? Did you never process a Letter of Introduction? Did you never fill in an S-77 for reproof/disfellowshipping?

If you filled in any of these - and let's face it, these days many JWs will fill in a application for city witnessing on the carts - then on the back of those forms there is very sensitive info; so sensitive that the publisher is forbidden access to it! 3 elders will write their comments about such things as the music you listen to, your sexual history or inclinations, your mental and emotional health and so on. In the case of a letter of introduction there can be slanderous remarks and outright character assassination. S-77 forms often contain very detailed description of sins, and some are accompanied by letters spanning multiple pages! All of this is stored on (at present) multiple different databases, and the plan is to consolidate into one system.

I personally feel that such data, written about me, would at the very least be sensitive enough for me to have the legal right to read what has been written about me. Watchtower now want publishers to legally revoke their right to access and amend that data.

The information they have is more than just Date of Birth or Baptism date etc.

Those records show things like "sins / judicial reprovals / and elders reviews of one's 'spirituality' etc"

It contains a summary of the person's value if you like. And if the individual is deprived the opportunity to see those records, then that is what is disturbing! A person's character can be maligned in an inaccurate way, and yet they have no right of reply.

As indicated in the video, they are working with the various Depts. at HQ to determine how best they can take advantage of this database.

Publishers information will be viewable by who knows how many people. They can't even stop videos from leaking these days.

Application forms can be lodged online through the publishers ID. These applications require very personal information, including their physical, mental and financial details. These forms, when completed by Elders also rate individuals on their 'spiritual' level.

Last year in Australia, the Branch Office sent out a request to Elders asking them to provide details of publishers that may be of use to them in providing professional assistance such as lawyers and accountants. The Privacy Act requires that if information about an individual is to be shared then the individual must be made aware of it and permission sought. The request the Branch gave to Elders did not direct them to do this.

These men are not to be trusted.

I wouldn't be surprised if they intended to share this wonderful new initiative with everyone at the next Annual Meeting.

Just think, they'll have a record of every anointed member, they'll be able to identify them by name for the first time ever.

Alrighty then lets conduct the interview.

During your 10 years as secretary, did you never fill in a Regular Pioneer application

    No. I didnt regular pioneer

    a Construction Volunteer application

Yes. I worked many projects. None of the info was the least “confidential”. Name address and skills you were offering.

    or a Metropolitan Witnessing application?

Nope. By the time that crap came round i was pimo. I saw many apps, however. Zero confidential data.

Did you never process a Letter of Introduction?

Yep. Many. All basic crap. Your specifically told not to wrote things that are incriminating.

Did you never fill in an S-77 for reproof/disfellowshipping?

Yep. I will post a blank one here for your review. It has zero confidential info. It dosent describe in detail sins, contrary to your false statement.

    If you filled in any of these - and let's face it, these days many JWs will fill in a application for city witnessing on the carts - then on the back of those forms there is very sensitive info;
so sensitive that the publisher is forbidden access to it!

False. Do you not see the obvious contradiction in what you said? YOU fill it out. Its not secret from you. Also, as i noted already, there is ZERO confidential info on any of the forms you mentioned. Post a form and show otherwise.

S-77 forms often contain very detailed description of sins, and some are accompanied by letters spanning multiple pages!

False. As noted. A form is attached to prove my contention.

All of this is stored on (at present) multiple different databases, and the plan is to consolidate into one system.

Yes. They are making a member data base.

Hi Listener. I didn't think of that. Even if you don't sign, the secretary will add you name, address, DOB, baptism date, phone/email...AND...if you partake of the emblems.

Will a hygiene change be required for next Memorial? Each known partaker is given a "gift" prior to the Memorial: a miniature wine (with JW logo) and hygienically sealed bread portion. They must take these to the Memorial and partake, saving the KH potential legal obligations and preventing possible insurance claims if someone claims that they contacted an infection from the wine glass.

The wine could even contain Jim Jones special ingredients, to ensure that the number of partakers WILL be lower the following year...
