I like the US system where a drivers license can get you just about anywhere including Mexico, Canada but not into any other foreign country

The only positive form of identity control will come when all children have a barcode tattoed on their butts at birth.
This will give a whole new meaning to the phrase "SHOW ME SOME ID"

FBI has an out-of-date ID system, they want to sell it to Australian too. So when they can sold off, they will improve their new system with more details (DNA, eye, hair etc). Ough.

I don't think the Government are doing it to get money, otherwise why would wait 7 years to bring this in.
I would have thought they would have brought them in within say a years or so.

More money, more control, more regulations and as you will notice, a person must ask permission to excerise everyday, basic human rights..........whatever that may be!
