This lovely list comes from "Captain Underpants and (the something or other nefarious adventures of) Professor Poopy Pants." (Though I think directions for letters are a little different than in the original.) My kids have this book. They have several Captain Underpants books.
What?? JWs don't buy or read Captain Underpants books? Some of the dopiest kid humor books (wedgies and toilet humor too) available. This particular book was pretty clever with the naming system... Professor Poopypants gets so enraged at having his name laughed at that part of his revenge includes forcing the teachers and students at a school to adopt new names for themselves...
