3 million dollars in Bail but he still has to come in and be arrested. I can't recall ever having a bail set and no hearing before an arrest. Bail usually comes after arrest. Also want him to hand over his passport.
They are letting him still have his children. Innocent until proven guilty is what the Sherriff says at press conference.
They have a very co-operative witness and apparently laws in "K"alifornia changed so that childern are COMPELLED to testify.

BTW, Tink, my dad was dyslexic and that was REALLY unheard of in the late 1920's when he was a kid going to school. He struggled with it all of his life but, while reading and writing were weaknesses, he was absolutely brilliant in mathematics. It is obvious from your posts, Tink, that you are a person of high intelligence, and your very occasional misspellings do not in any way detract from your message. I heard on Court TV yesterday that he only has boys at the ranch, and then only until they are 12 or 13. After that he never contacts them again, doesn't return their calls or letters, and doesn't go to their weddings. It's like they are of no interest to him after that age. I don't know if he is guilty, but he is sure one odd person.
