  I always thought that loose conduct was like loose change. You should always carry some around in your front pocket because you never know when you might need it.

  Just imagine this scenario. A teenager(girl or boy) being asked just questions by some overweight middle-aged men. How intrusive and traumatic to a young adult in those teenage years. As if a teenager doesn't have enough things to deal with besides having to be embarrassed like that. sheesh.
