I was told once by friends that when you move congregations, only so much travels with your records.. that if you go from cong to new cong, you launder so to speak your records and some things get left behind and out. It really didn't make sense to me though. It seems that they would keep it all intact and forward everything. Not that I like it, but it is what I would expect. Its funny too, when you end up in a committee meeting and they ask, have you ever been in trouble for 'say sexual activity' before? you sit there and think.. oh yeah.. you have read the records, you already know the answer, you just want to see if I tell you the truth.. or if I admit I have a patter of disobeying when it comes to this behavior.
Should the JW congregation keep a wriiten record of sins commited ?

I have noted on several threads of late, that you are quite hostile to many. Cut it out, dude, you are way off base.
If you are only here to inflame and impassion, then you will not last long. You will not be our first go 'round with troublemakers.
You will find, that if you are genuine in your feelings, your opinion will be accepted (albeit a different one). But your continued name calling and enuendo will get you nowhere. Time will tell.

I did not initiate, just a response to remarks directed at me. Why is it you did not see the remarks the sarcastic remarks directly at me first? Your accusation is false and imagined My remarks although frank are not hostile and are only a response to offensive or sarcasttic remarks first directted at me and not at my topic little witch. lack of objecttivity and erroneous thinking and ignorance, but no subsatnce is why individuals as yourself say what you say. You too can belive what you like. I will ignore your remarks henceforth and other such remarksfrom others as yourself that just wish to argue, I will simply ignore the person without the courtesy of a response. In other words I will just ignore remarks from individuals directed at me and not not at the Topic. Believe what you like. I rest my case.

Privacy is the issue. For whatever noble purpose record keeping serves, no one wants a record of theirs sins kept for others to see.I wonder if the average jw knows that if they have gotten into trouble, they have a record.Elders are people and once someone knows your privacy, they have something over on you and will treat you differentlly honoring you less and repecting you less. It is amunition that can be used against you by others. In the JW org peckong order, a person with a record will always be in a lower cast. OR can a jw with a record get a clean slate?

FNT, how exactly do you plan on belling the cat? Religions are exempt from the privacy legislation that protects us from what the government and corporations can collect and distribute about us. The information the WTS collects on it's members belongs to them to keep or dispose of as they wish. Unless you are presenting this as a warning to current and former members that their "confession" is not as private as they might have hoped.
