The first mayor of St. Petersburg . . . signed an order to allocate to the sectarians for a symbolic fee a huge plot of land (10 hectares) in Solnechny. There, on the site of the former pioneer camp, the "Jehovah's Witnesses Center for Russia and CIS countries" was created.

The Watchtower's credit ratings must be dropping through the floor with all this legal action by Russia. Not gonna help their child molestation lawsuits happening all around the world, having been labeled by a major world power(Russia) as extremist, totalitarian, and family harming, this does not bode well for the wolf in sheep's clothing.
You can only keep the sheep ignorant for so long, and then when a big contest in court is happening and you lose every appeal this is bound to really shake WT corp. to the core.

Another commercially attractive plot size in hectares - on Kolomyazhsky Avenue 21. There Jehovah's Witnesses built Congress Hall for 2000 people, used for large events and lectures.

The bethel was next to the beach in the village of Sunshine on the Gulf of Finland N

For Googlemap search just fill in the address for bethel " Sdrednaya 4" in google map and take time for a walkaround in the region.
I fist walked virtually from the main ul Tankisvtov to bethel at sdrednaya 4 and then around the whole complex at the small ways.
Later I looked for the first acdess to the beach, what would be the Dachnachy or the Petrovskaya where the " Atlantis restorant" is situated (below)

But this second property, which as bought illegally could not be sold to the Russian branch, but in remains in Austrian ownership, reportedly
