So, lets circle back.
Between 199 and 2003, the witnesses in georgia (russia) were persecuted very much as that picture shows. That ultimately subsided but then in april of 2017 the supreme court of russia issued a ruling that designed the jw’s as religious extremists.
That ruling let to EXACTLY what is depicted in the illustration being discussed happening across russia.
How, then, is the picture “fear mongering”?
i certainly dont think it will happen in the USA or Britain or many other civilized western lands, but you cant call it fear mongering when it is currently happening in a so called industrialized, modern first world country.
To your second screed, what do you think they are “hiding” by “pushing fear mongering”? As noted, it is really happening, but what do you think they cover up by discussing it? How are they “wicked hypocrites” for pointing out that the government of a country is indeed rading the private homes of their members in a so called civilized country?

Looking at the picture, it seems like it's USA or Britain being portrayed. They are capitalizing on what the Russians are doing in their country and implying that it will be here too. Piggybacking.

Morph, the governments are supposed to persecute the JWs, in every part of the world. This wasn’t directed to Russian JWs specifically but to all the JWs, most of who live in America and the UK.
Ofcourse, it applies directly to Georgia, but they blatantly using these incidents to bolster the idea for those living in the west, that the United Nations sanctioned ban on religion will be hitting them soon.
The coming persecution is one of their major bullshit fear mongering prophecies, along side of Armageddon, both never going to happen.
