    I remember it from more than 20 years ago.

    I remember one of the G.B used the word "imminent" about their fictional and fanciful Armageddon. A number of the near illiterate J.W's were saying " It's not just around the corner, it's imminent ! ".

    Thus coining a tautology. They did not quite understand that the idiom "just around the corner" meant er..... imminent.

    The point is that all this End Time nonsense is based upon only one thing, the hot air that the G.B blow out of their respective arses.

    I would hazard a guess and say he is talking about the WTBTS being in that position. The investigations into child abuse and legal issues are causing them to think about a REAL tribulation... minutes away/ just around the corner, etc.

    There is none so blind who cannot see....

    The longer their "soon" doesn't happen—instead of admitting they are wrong and accepting reality—they double down and keep saying "the time left is reduced."
