If Heaven is such a good place then how was it ever allowed to get to the state where a war was necessary.?

  That`s a good point If Jehovah could indeed see into the future it would have made more sense if the Angels were dressed in full riot gear and carried AK47`s , OK people back then wouldnt know what they were reading but at least we would have discerned he can really tell the future.

  All prophecys only ever dealt with things that the bible writers were aware of in that age period.

  As an example : God writing the ten commandments on two tablets of stone ? According to the WT Jehovah was the ultimate chemist ,couldnt he have come up with something more durable ? Unbreakable ? than stone ?

  The war in heaven as well on earth (soon to be) follows inline with the core mythology of good against evil or light against darkness.

  This mythology actually extended further back preceding the ancient Hebrew civilization such as the ancient Egyptian mythological expressions.

  The great and powerful light from the almighty creator will one day conquer over the darkness of evil in heaven and here on earth.
