So if the GB changed its "bible based beliefs" on some teaching, would witnesses all of a sudden change their individual beliefs too?
Witnesses like to claim that "their bible trained hearts and minds" make them believe as they do, but we know that the reality is that all witnesses hold their "deep seated beliefs" according to what they have been told to believe.
So what would cause the average witness to question those that dictate their "personal convictions"??

Superior authorities are Jehovah and Jesus until 1962, then secular governments

What teaching would have to change?
The JWs care about one doctrine and one doctrine only - they want to live forever on a paradise earth.
It doesn't matter what the other doctrines are. Those are flexible and the sheep will adjust to whatever nonsense comes from those on high. Just give them their promise of paradise. They will follow.
Most won't even know for some time that anything changed.
Oh, yes, even if it wasn't practical from a human standpoint, they would go along with it.

My first thought was "What do you mean if they change believes?" They have changed a number of believes through the years, so my guess is that you may be referring to a very drastic, noticeable change.
So if that's the case, I can't envision that kind of change happening. The WT is set to adjust and evolve as they see it fit for their sole purpose. They have changed believes, policies and practices since day one. They will never make changes in a way that will make them lose money.

If the GB changed a major teaching, would all witnesses just go along with it?
That's what being a JW means, the old guys in Brooklyn think of something new, write a newfangled letter about it, throw in a few scriptures and they all say "oh, what a loving provision Jah has provided us with", otherwise known as new light, or what we call it here, flip flopping.
Their minds are closed, that's why I say JWs would make great Trump supporters, all that BS he spews out his followers just eat it up and defend him, just like the Dubs do.
