I think, this mental construct creates in the believer, a mild, smiling, loving exterior with a seething, hate filled interior. When you poke the exterior, the hate inside comes spewing out. What do you think?
I tend to agree, larc. JW's and others have a sort of "righteous indignation" when confronted with issues that cut to the bone. They can go beserk in defense of their "mother". They come smiling at the door and at the meetings, picnics, walking in the country with suits and dresses on etc., but when on-line or sometimes in person, they can get a bit testy as evidensed by the likes of YK, Friday, or FredHall. Even logical gets righteously indignant in a warped sort of way.
